Arsenal, West ham and Newcastle have all enquired about the possibility of taking Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans on loan from AS Monaco amid interest from Leicester City, according to Sky Sports.
The playmaker has been linked with a permanent move to Leicester City recently with the Premier League side understood to be in talks with Monaco over a £20 million deal, with Brendan Rodgers talking up the club’s interest in the sensational attacker.
Arsenal have been seriously working to finalize some late business before the close of the transfer window.
They are close to completing the loan signing of Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid and remain interested in bringing in a winger with Ivan Perisic and Yannick Ferreira Carrasco both targets.
Newcastle boss revealed earlier in the week that the club are looking to complete some deals in the next two days one of which is believed to be a club record deal which has already been agreed according to reports.
West Ham are also monitoring Tielemans situation while closing in on a deal for Celta Vigo forward Maxi Gomez as they look to strengthen their squad for the new season to continue their impressive climb up the league table.
Tielemans joined AS Monaco from Anderlecht in 2017 and has gone on to make 65 appearances for the French side. The Gunners are also said to be looking at Everton’s Idrissa Gueye as an alternative.
Leicester City are best positioned to land the impressive attacker, and will be hoping to use his successful loan spell at the King Power Stadium to convince him to sign a permanent deal with the Foxes this summer.
